If you are wearing open toed shoes in the winter, of COURSE you need a full length coat in order to keep warm! It all makes sense now :)
Mandy grew up in Minnesota (where people plug in their cars at night to keep the engines warm and so they'll start up the next day). She's braved those tough winters, Michigan is just like Orlando to her. Next she'll come out with a spray tan and shorts (with the long coat of course).
