Yeah for May 1!

I am so glad April is done! In the first part of the month, our 2 year old washing machine broke. The fix-it guy was here for 10 minutes, and it was almost $200 for the labor and the part, half of what the actual machine probally cost! Then Dave was driving his truck through a rain storm...which is always a gamble, and it broke down. Had to have the mechanic come fix it on the spot, and we haven't got the bill for that one yet. Yesterday, I had the minivan in the shop for a factory recall, and the mechanic mentioned the brakes are on their last legs.

Just as I was starting to feel really crabby about all this, God reminded me that someone blessed us with the money to get the washing machine fixed. This was also the month that our tax return came in. And oh yeah, it was quarterly bonus time as well. He really does supply all of our needs...
