Canadian researchers have found that people who engage in the arts on a weekly basis enjoy a stronger sense of community, feel better emotionally, and experience a higher quality of life than those who don't. So, here is a picture of my next quest to "feel better emotionally." I found this couch on the side of the road with a big "FREE" sign on it, and immediately loaded it in the van. My Mother, who is somewhat of a professional at re-upholstering furniture is going to show me how to go about doing it. I'll keep the pictures coming of the progress!

Okay, first... I think you should keep this upholstery. Second... never trust the Canadians. They're... Canadians!!
:)
It can only get better, right? This looks like what my grandma used to call "the davenport". I had forgotten all about that until I saw your photo. Too funny!
Looks like an awesome couch for taking a winter nap. Keep the pictures coming...
Hey Cece, I
I did your make over when you did the curio computer desk with my own twist by using a book shelf.
But the sofa? Nah! I think I'll wait and see what you come up with. Keep the ideas coming though. I'm enjoying the challenges.
