I tried to upload this yesterday, but it just wouldn't. I hope to grab Mandy for another talky today, I'm less tired...but she's on Vicadan because of her back, and trust me, she's really funny right now!

Im gonna tell you a shortened version of a long story, about a rental, that mayb will make you fell better, I hope. I have friends that bough a rental home on Lakeshore dr a few years back. They hired me to be the caretaker, because I wanted extra money and I LOVE LOVE to clean and make things organized and PERFECT! I had a great gig going....personally, and kept the place looking great! BUT the rental became such an annoyance to the owners that they hav finally come to the conclusion..they have to sell it! It is the biggest headache they have ever had, with maintaining 2 homes...whenever something goes wrong it's on them...and the renters were very hard to deal with, not to mention the fact that they dont care for the place lik thye would if they owned it. In theory I know this sounds gret...but truthfully, you dont need this right now do you??? With the 2 girls, and a new one very soon....It might be way more work then you can imagine. Think of it like this: maybe in several years when the kid are a bit more grown...and you guys have your stuff figured out...you could then look for a rental. but now...not such a great time.
Good decision to back out! Although Im so like you and gt exactly where your coming from!
Mandy...hope your back feels better and you find out whats going on! I have a 4 mile walk I do near my house...and if Im feeling ambitious I do 8 miles. I give you tons of credit for attempting to do the big walk yor gonna do.....that is just HUGE!!!!

Thanks for the story Heather. It is one of the dumbest idea's I've had in a while, and am already over it, but these hormones do crazy things!
Mandy was just not up to a talky today, pray for her back.
Also, Dave and I will film a "Finance Friday" blog tomorrow, we didn't get to it last week because of the Unity festival.

My wife go one in a garage sale and loves it. Being a guy, since it doesn't come with a remote... I don't see the point.
