What candy do you remember having and loving as a kid? I remember the Marathon bar from the "store" at camp. We would get them frozen.

Mandy,
What does your husband think of those sunglasses?

What is going to happen to the JQ2 studio? Is someone else going to be there now?

Mandy....LOVE the glasses ....very cute, and makes youlook HOT!!!
I think ceci can pull them off too though to be honest! tiny head and all:)
the tattoo thing...good idea I guess...but couldnt you just save the $$$ and put like a safety pin tag on your child (think back to 1st day of k-garten) if your somewhere like an amusement park? the tatto thing is a little too close to the "codes" that they say people will get in the last days....you know where you have to have a code on your wrist to make purchases or you dont eat! I know thats a stretch to make that comparison...but its what I thought of...I dont like the idea of numbered anything being tattooed or anything on my kids. BUT...it's just my opinion...Im sure others will think its a great idea.
cant wait to see your kitchen ceci...my family bikes past your house...and tried to peek in from the bike path (in a non-stalker kind of way) but couldnt see anything DARN it....
you two are still my favs....and Im so geeked for 2 talkys a week:)
have a great tuesday!!!!!!!!

To answer the first comment,
I remember biking to the Ancorage Marina party store to get Fizz's. They were small hard candy that came in a pack of 5 (orange, red, grape) and had fizzy stuff in the inside. totally would cut my tongue and roof of mouth. Perfect combination for kid candy!!

How influenced am I by the talky blog?
...I just went to Meijer on my lunch break and bought a box of Nilla cakesters. Don't tell me about your new Lexus, I can't afford one.

I was so going to buy them and my 10 yr. old son said he had one at school and they were nasty. so....I didnt ...maybe I'll buy an individual size to try at some point:)
