"Christmas Celebrate Party"

When Elliana was 3, she decided to throw a party with her favorite little people in the world, her cousins. She called it a "Christmas Celebrate Party" and a tradition was born. This is year 3, and this weekend, I made 3 batches of sugar dough and headed to my parents for the party. The kids had a riot, and so did I. Truth-be-told, I detest being sticky, so I stationed myself at the sink on clean up duty, so I didn't have to watch the kids pouring frosting all over the cookies and themselves. Here they are picking out their favorite cookie cutters...
All the fun!

And the sticky mess they left behind!

I have to know if your parents have tile, carpet, linoleum, a big rug under that table. I so wish that there wasn't carpet under our kitchen table. It hinders us from doing so many cool projects. I even looked into those things people put under their office chairs, but they do not come large enough! It looks like the kids had a fun time.

You shouldn't let carpet stop you from doing things with your kids. Noone is going to remember that carpet years from now, but they will remember how much fun they had doing project at the table. Carpet a couple hundred dollars kids having funny making memories PRICELESS!
