That mineral (I'm still not sure if it's a mineral or a vitamin, or really what the difference is anyway) is made by Cogimax and is a "Silica" supplement...I think! The bottle is at home and I'll double check. Also, I get it at Fogg Family Chiropractic at 314 120th Avenue in Holland. Feel free to leave questions for next week's talky. We love to hear from you. Cute photos Mandy. I think that third one looks like a "coin" look. You've even got the teeny ponytail like George Washington and Thomas Jefferson. Maybe we're ready for a woman on one of our coins.
Love the hair!!!!! I don't want to help pick out the specs because I can only see 3 out of the 8?, took me 20 pair at least on my last shopping for glasses. If you get all of the options on line I'd throw out an honest opinion. Gotta tell ya, noticed the testy-testy over the air waves since Monday BUT not with Mandy, I noticed it with the guys!! Keep them coming ladies. I love the hair cut Ceci. Is it possible for you two to do an hour long radio show together a couple of times a week. You could have a theme or something. Maybe you would just answer call ins with a big range of topics.
