Oh the joys...

This has been my life the last 3 days...cleaning up puke. After Mallory threw up on me literally 3 times the other day, I finally taught her how to "use the toilet." It is so pathetic watching a 2 year old with the flu.
After realizing how much attention Mallory was getting, Elliana woke up yesterday and her "tummy was hurting." Thinking she just wanted to skip out on school I said, "well, Ellie, you have two choices...either you go to school or you take a nap ALL AFTERNOON." She chose to go to school. We had to stop at Hobby Lobby and pick up a few things for school first, which is precisely where she vomited all over the cart. I hurried to the door, trying to get out of there as soon as possible and all the way Ellie is yelling, "SEE MOM, I TOLD YOU I HAD A TUMMY ACHE! NOW YOU MADE ME PUKE ALL OVER THE STORE!

Ever try to "shush" a 4 year old?

By the way, that post on painting tips is coming this weekend, I've been too busy trying to de-germ the house!

Do hope that both girls are feeling better by now. After Mallory was quite ill the first of her 12 months, surprised to see that she was put in the toilet to do her business with all of the germs there. Why not use a clean pan. Maybe to much trouble.......??

Your toliet is cleaner than most surfaces in your home and contains less germs and bacteria than most surfaces in your home :)

People worry too much. She was already sick. What germs are they worried about her getting from the toilet?

Sorry if I offend. Lighten up.

I agree lighten up! I always did the 'throwing up business' in the toliet and I figure any germs that I got I just built up good immunities!

Nothing like a preschooler to rat you out to everyone. Been there myself.
