This morning I made pancakes from the recipe on the back of the Bisquick box. Lately it's been difficult to get either of my kids to eat anything other than toast. This morning, Elliana said, (while shoving the pancakes in her mouth) "Mom, these pancakes are delicious! They taste just like the kind from McDonalds!"

I made those for my 3 girls this morning too! Add in some chocolate chips for a real treat :)
How funny - Before reading your blog, this morning I announced to my two boys that Friday's would be pancake morning instead of cereal. We have frozen blueberries just beggin' to be cooked up in a fluffy pancake - mmm yummy.
