Here's a way to beat the heat!
I found this recipe in Redbook that looks like fun. It's for make your own MOCHA FUDGESICLES!
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup (packed) cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp flour
1/4 tsp coarse salt
1 1/2 Tbsp instant espresso powder
3 cups milk (skim, whole, whatever; all work fine)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
-wooden sticks and ice-pop molds-
In medium pan, whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, flour, salt, and espresso powder. Slowly wisk in milk until smooth. Bring to simmer over medium heat, whisking continually, until thickened (4 to 6 minutes.) Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and almond extracts. Pour into ice-pop molds and insert wooden sticks; freeze until firm.
